CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Your communications system and voice networks are the lifelines of your business, which is why Telstra Business Systems/ Sedcom offers ongoing support for your Ericsson/Aastra solutions through a Customer Service Agreement.
Think of your Customer Service Agreement as an Insurance Policy…. Would you drive an uninsured vehicle!!
With a Maintenance Agreement for your Business Phone System you will receive the following benefits;

Priority response is provided over non-contracted customers -without an agreement, if we are heavily booked there may be a wait for restoration
-
Full Parts and Labour coverage for work performed within the hours of the chosen plan if a fault is the result of normal wear and tear.
-
(if only one of these cards were to fail and you didn't have a Customer Service Agreement the cost could exceed approx $3,143.43 for the card only)
-
Highly skilled workforce

We have many queries in regards to the relationship between Telstra Business Systems (TBS) and Sedcom Business Phone Centre when it comes to your Customer Service Agreement. Sedcom Business Phone Centre is a TBS Systems and Solutions Partner. Whilst your agreement is held with TBS, who provide a 24/7, 365 days a year national call centre and logistics warehouse. Sedcom Business Phone Centre is the Ericsson Accredited Dealer in the ACT and provides the local maintenance service for your Ericsson Telephone System. (If your fixed lines are with another carrier i.e. Transact or Optus this has no bearing on your agreement)
For those customers that already have a current Customer Service Agreement just a reminder that to report a fault with your Business Phone System please call TBS on 13 17 29. If they are unable to remotely rectify the issue the fault will then be passed to Sedcom to attend site.
If you would like a quotation for a Customer Service Agreement or would like to discuss the options and benefits of this, please contact Tracey O'Loughlin on 02 6283 1408.
